Specifications for Small Diameter Sanitary
Sewer Rehabilitation
The City of Phoenix is
rehabilitating small diameter sanitary sewers,
some of which are 90 to 100 years old, utilizing
trenchless construction technologies. Dibbles
National Association of Sanitary Sewer Companies
(NASSCO) certified Engineers developed the
Technical Specifications for the project current
industry standards. The specifications directed
the use of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) utilizing
both the Inversion method along with Integral
Lining System rehabilitation techniques.
