Small Diameter Sanitary
Sewer
Rehabilitation - Phase II Phoenix,
Arizona
The City of Phoenix
rehabilitated small diameter sanitary sewers
utilizing trenchless construction technologies
and technical specifications developed by
Dibble. The rehabilitation method selected
by the contractor was Cured-In-Place Pipe
installed utilizing both the Inversion and
Integral Lining System method. Dibble teamed
with Oridian Construction Services (a Dibble
company) to provide management and field inspection
services to the City. Our National Association
of Sanitary Sewer Companies (NASSCO) certified
engineers provided Quality Assurance/Quality
Control monitoring during liner installation.
The 2005 construction budget for the rehabilitation
of approximately 70,000 linear feet of 8-inch
through 14-inch diameter sanitary sewers was
$3 million.
