Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation Phase I & II
Phoenix,
Arizona
Dibble Engineering
developed the design for the rehabilitation
of City of Phoenix sanitary sewers located
in 23rd Avenue, 24th Avenue, 7th Avenue, and
Osborn Road with a total length of 4.5 miles.
A detailed condition assessment was performed
of sanitary sewer pipe ranging from 54-inch
to 24-inch diameter and 57 manholes/structures
utilizing closed-circuit television and field
inspections. Information collected from the
assessments was incorporated into the design
and technical specifications consistent with
National Association of Sanitary Sewer Companies
(NASSCO) standards for Cured-In-Place-Pipe
(CIPP) rehabilitation. This project was completed
using the CM@ Risk contract delivery method.
