Senior Project Manager – Drainage & Flood Control Practice Position Summary: This individual will have responsibility for overall management of projects. Individual will be accountable for project performance, resource management, ensuring quality control on all deliverables, and developing and maintaining good client relationships. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide direction, training and guidance to team members as well as other project managers. Project scopes range from design of storm drain systems to Area Drainage Master Plans. Experience & Education: Must be a registered Civil Engineer in the State of Arizona. Minimum 12 years drainage engineering experience with increasing level of project management and team management experience. Experience managing projects for the Flood Control District of Maricopa County strongly preferred. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a strong business development skillset. This person must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while incorporating quality and effectiveness. This person must demonstrate the ability to make timely, sound decisions for the benefit of the project and the Company.
