Senior Project Manager – Drainage & Flood Control Practice
Position Summary: This individual will have responsibility for overall management of projects. Individual will be accountable for project performance, resource management, ensuring quality control on all deliverables, and developing and maintaining good client relationships. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide direction, training and guidance to team members as well as other project managers. Project scopes range from design of storm drain systems to Area Drainage Master Plans.
Experience & Education: Must be a registered Civil Engineer in the State of Arizona. Minimum 12 years drainage engineering experience with increasing level of project management and team management experience. Experience managing projects for the Flood Control District of Maricopa County strongly preferred.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a strong business development skillset. This person must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while incorporating quality and effectiveness. This person must demonstrate the ability to make timely, sound decisions for the benefit of the project and the Company. Additionally, this position will require a solid understanding of project contract negotiating and budgeting.

Project Manager – Airport Infrastructure Practice
Position Summary: Dibble is currently looking for a skilled, motivated and enthusiastic person with the desire to enhance their career development in Dibble’s Airport Infrastructure Practice. This person will be responsible for managing airside and landside design projects, monitoring project performance, ensuring quality control on deliverables; and developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Experience & Education: B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8 to 10 years experience. Possess Professional Engineering license for the State of Arizona or have the ability to obtain an Arizona PE license within 6 months. Background in multi-disciplined airport infrastructure design and management strongly preferred, including knowledge of FAA AIP and ADOT Aeronautics processes and FAA Advisory Circulars. Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
Qualifications: Applicant must demonstrate strong decision-making capability while understanding how to effectively manage team resources. Previous experience with project budget and schedule management with a proven ability to consistently meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and project profitability. Must possess strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and have the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the project team, including technicians, engineers, sub-consultants and clients. Demonstrate proven negotiation skills and the ability to negotiate acceptable contracts. Have experience in construction management on airport projects with the ability to ensure proper adherence to project specifications and requirements.

Project Engineer

Experience & Education: B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 to 6 years experience. Possess Professional Engineering license for the State of Arizona or have the ability to obtain an Arizona PE license within 6 months. Background in multi-disciplined airport infrastructure design strongly preferred, including knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars. Site Development, transportation, and drainage experience a plus. Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D strongly preferred.
Qualifications: Applicant must have the desire to assist in the technical role in design of multiple projects from conceptual design through final construction documents preparation. Must be committed to providing timely, quality projects and have a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines. Candidate will possess excellent writing and verbal skills, paying close attention to the details. Must be willing to listen and follow directions and possess a strong commitment to continually progress in engineering knowledge and skills.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and management of engineering project teams
- Manage project schedules and budgets

- Participate in strategic marketing pursuits, including specific leadership assignments

Demonstrated success leading project teams in the delivery of complex Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water conveyance infrastructure projects. Show specialized expertise in facility design, including production, storage and pumping facilities.
