Papago Gateway Center

Tempe,
Arizona
Dibble provided site,
utility, and grading and drainage design services
for the new six-story Papago Gateway Center,
a 260,000 square-foot Class A development.
It is the first commercial biotechnology/laboratory
and LEED® Gold certified corporate office
facility in Tempe. The project incorporated
an on-site parking structure, a water reclamation
system, and underground storm water retention.
The campus is built on a prominent five-acre
site at the northwest corner of Mill Avenue
and Washington Street, a gateway to the City
of Tempe, Papago Park Center and Arizona State
University.
