Office - Blue Point Substation & Boater Safety Facility

Dibble provided civil engineering and survey services
for the Blue Point Sheriff’s Substation and Boater
Safety facility on Bush Highway and Usery Pass Road
near Saguaro Lake. This Construction Manager at Risk
project included deputy and administrative areas, holding
cells, nurse and first aid stations, classroom space,
and staff and public restroom facilities. Dibble’s
scope of work for the 5-acre site included topographical
survey and site design, which involved access drives,
a helicopter landing pad, and parking facilities for
employee, visitors, and boat trailers. Additional elements
included installation of a new well and water system,
a new sewer system and septic tank, and drainage and
retention improvements that required routing several
washes through the site.
