Mercy Gilbert Medical Center
Gilbert, Arizona
Dibble provided the site, utility, and grading and
drainage design for the Medical Office Buildings on
the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center Campus. Site improvements
included a new building and associated parking on approximately
10 acres. Civil design included site layout; water,
sewer, and fire line design; and grading and drainage
design. The project required coordination with the adjacent
Mercy Gilbert Medical Center project as the two share
access drives, parking access, and retention. The site
layout is also sensitive to the doctors' need for quick
and safe access between the two facilities.
