Nova Safe Haven Site Design
Maricopa County, Arizona
This was a site design project for a new shelter operated
by Nova Safe Haven who serves homeless, seriously mentally
ill adults. Under the Design-Build delivery method,
work included demolition of existing buildings and reconstruction
of a new shelter, parking lot, hardscape and utilities.
Dibble provided the survey site control and laser scanning
data for the entire project. This approach met the requirements
for a detailed topographic survey for design purposes
with a quick turn-around time.
