survey and utility location services for water
transmission and distribution facilities and
design services for rehabilitation of the
Guadalupe Road sanitary sewer lift station.
The project also included a County Island
Study to evaluate the feasibility of providing
sewer and water service from the Town to a
county island bounded by Power, Higley and
Recker Roads and Houston Avenue.
