91st Avenue Improvements,
Van Buren Street to 1-10
Tolleson,
Arizona
Dibble provided roadway
widening, water, sewer and recycled water
utility relocations, landscaping, side road
realignments, and assistance with public meetings
for improvements along 91st Avenue from Van
Buren Street to I-10. These improvements increased
traffic safety, capacity, and operations while
preserving the corridor's unique history.
The corridor is the "Gateway to Tolleson"
and boasts extensive landscaping, custom street
lights and traffic signals, special crosswalk
treatments (StreetPrint), and a multi-use
pathway that showcases hardware from historic
SRP Lateral 22 at interpretive monument locations.
This historic lateral was a long-standing
feature along the corridor and held major
