Engineering completed design for
the Federal ARRA Pavement Replacement
and Rehabilitation on Glendale Road,
from 66th Avenue to 51st Avenue.
This
ARRA-financed project provides a
new pavement surface for downtown
Glendale, Arizona. Construction
began in the Spring of 2010. A key
component of this project is limiting
impacts to downtown business owners
and Glendale High School during
construction. Detailed traffic control
measures and public outreach are
main items in the construction specifications.
