The new reservoir has two roof
hatches with safety rails, and
a safety rail around the entire
circumference of the roof, exterior
ladder with cage, two access manways,
reservoir overflow assembly, a
roof vent, and exterior level
indicator per the Town Engineer
requirements. Dibble designed
with the assistance of the geotechnical
engineer a concrete ring foundation
for the new reservoir.
In addition,
Dibble provided construction phase
services which included construction
meetings, site visits, submittal
review, request for information
(RFI) review, commissioning assistance,
and final acceptance of the project.
