Internships

Dibble offers internships and provides the best opportunity for your development and to learn first hand how we accomplish our mission. Education and professional development include on-the-job training as well as technical and business education.

You will be given responsibility, a variety of challenging assignments and exposure in six of Dibble Engineering's Practices. We want your experience to be successful and everyone contributes to our success, from our interns to our most senior partners.

    E.I.T employees rotate on annual basis to different practices to increase skill set, experience various applications of Civil Engineering, prepare for PE Exam, determine preferred practice once they achieve their PE.

    Dibble offers compressed work week schedules. Schedule options include 9/80 work weeks with every other Friday off or ½ day Fridays, based on business need and availability.
