Work Environment

Flex Time Schedules
Dibble offers compressed work week schedules. Schedule options include 9/80 work weeks with every other Friday off or ½ day Fridays, based on business need and availability.

Personal Time Off

Personal Time
Employee earns 16 days of personal time per year for the first five years. Add 1 day for each year for years 6-10; 21 days after 10 years. Accrued hours roll over year to year up to a maximum of 240 hours.

Holidays
Seven company paid holidays; New Year Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day + Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
