Mike will be working as Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Tucson office. Prior to joining Dibble, Mike worked in Talent Acquisition with Trane Technologies and Engineering Services & Products Company. He graduated from Trinity College in Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature while also earning credits from Yale University.

Fun Fact:

• Mike was born and raised in Massachusetts.
• He moved to Tucson one year ago, having recruited extensively from University of Arizona.
• Mike is a lifelong musician with a focus on drums and percussion.
