Promotion of Chris Dolan in Land Development

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Chris Dolan, PE, to Project Manager within our Land Development team. With over 10 years of civil engineering experience, Chris has consistently demonstrated technical excellence, leadership, and a deep understanding of land development.

His expertise spans a wide range of services, including site layout, grading and drainage, utility design and modeling, roadway design, cost estimating, master planning, and construction administration. He ensures projects move forward efficiently and effectively. His experience includes specialized parking lot layout design and coordination across disciplines.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked on projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, higher education, commercial, mixed-use, and municipal, including Native Nations. Notable projects include the Banner Thunderbird East Expansion, where he played a key role in complex utility coordination and site planning; the Tolleson New City Hall Complex, where his work helped shape an essential municipal space; and the high-profile Phoenix Suns and Mercury Headquarters project, with its high-energy tight deadlines showcased his ability to thrive under pressure while still having fun. Chris has played a key role in collaboration with Indian Health Services (IHS), contributing to the infrastructure design of several vital healthcare facilities, including the WIHCC Dilkon Medical Center on the Navajo Reservation, the Whiteriver Indian Hospital on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation, and the Phoenix Indian Medical Center MRI Building.
