Dibble worked with student housing developer American Campus Communities to provide civil engineering services for an approximately 22-acre site at the southeast corner of Apache Boulevard and McAllister Avenue. Approximately 1,800 student beds are provided in 11 modern apartment-style buildings, an onsite parking garage and a community center. The total square footage is 850,000 sf.
Dibble provided ground survey and aerial mapping control and prepared site, utility, grading, abandonment, and offsite improvement plans for the project. Several existing public utilities were relocated.
