Dibble completed survey, design, and construction phase services for this mixed-use residential development. The redevelopment spans two parcels, which are fully developed with office buildings, underground parking, and surface parking. Also included was the demolition of the development on the two sites, a lot combination, and multi-use commercial and residential redevelopment. In addition to design and construction phasing, Dibble prepared a Storm Water Management Plan meeting the requirements of ADEQ and the City of Phoenix.
