As the Civil Project Manager, Dibble led the design and construction of both off-site and on-site improvements for the expansive 275-acre sustainable business park. At the heart of the development stood XNRGY’s 275,000-square-foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, a cornerstone for advanced climate systems and sustainable engineering.

This achievement represented more than just a completed project—it embodied years of collaboration, innovation, and dedication to building a greener future.
