Welcoming Anna Tuura to the Transportation Team!
We’re thrilled to welcome Anna Tuura to Dibble as a Senior Project Engineer within our Transportation team in the Phoenix office!
Anna brings with her more than a decade of experience in roadway design and construction management, backed by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. As a licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona, she has contributed to complex, multidisciplinary transportation projects and brings a strong blend of technical expertise, field knowledge, and collaborative problem-solving to every assignment.
Originally from Minnesota, Anna has proudly called Phoenix home for nearly 20 years. Beyond her engineering accomplishments, she’s always learning and building—whether that’s studying Dutch, getting out on the tennis court, or diving into a new home improvement project.
