We were proud to celebrate the grand opening of Heritage Park — a vibrant new train‑themed destination created to bring the Maricopa community together for play, connection, and outdoor enjoyment.

One of the park’s standout features was a restored 1948 California Zephyr train car, which anchored the theme and offered families a one‑of‑a‑kind experience blending recreation with a nod to rail history.

Dibble had the privilege of serving as the civil designer for this project, supporting the vision through thoughtful site design, grading and drainage, utility coordination, and infrastructure planning to ensure the park is safe, accessible, and built to last.

Projects like Heritage Park have always been about more than infrastructure — they’re about creating spaces where families gather, kids explore, and community memories take shape. We were honored to help deliver a park that will serve the residents of Maricopa for years to come.
