Dibble is excited to welcome Luke Bailey to the firm as a Project Manager in our Phoenix office, where he joins the Utilities team.

Luke brings more than a decade of engineering and project management experience to Dibble. Most recently, he served as a Project Manager at Epcor, where he helped lead infrastructure projects and deliver solutions that supported growing communities. His technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to project success make him a valuable addition to our team.

Before building his career in engineering and project management, Luke proudly served in both the United States Army and the United States Navy. His military service helped shape the strong work ethic, adaptability, and leadership qualities that continue to define his professional approach today.

As he begins this new chapter with Dibble, Luke will contribute his extensive experience to utility infrastructure projects while collaborating with clients, communities, and fellow team members to deliver high-quality results. His diverse background and proven leadership will support the continued growth and success of our Utilities team.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys gaming, following sports, and spending quality time with his family. These interests reflect his appreciation for teamwork, connection, and lifelong learning.
