AV Homes and Dibble CM break ground on new residential community in North Scottsdale.

AV Homes is developing Casa de Montana, an exclusive gated community located at 60th Street and the Carefree Highway. Dibble CM is managing the bidding process and construction for AV Homes. Model construction is planned to start in January, 2015.
