Celebrating Marco Aldaz, PE: Licensure, Promotion, and Meaningful Project Impact

We’re proud to recognize a double achievement for one of our rising stars—congratulations to Marco Aldaz, PE, on recently earning his Professional Engineer (PE) license and being promoted to Project Engineer in Dibble’s Flood Control practice within our Transportation Business Unit!
Based in our Tucson office, Marco brings dedication, technical strength, and a deep sense of purpose to his work. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and has already made a meaningful impact through projects that truly matter.
Marco has contributed to flood control and transportation projects in partnership with both the Navajo Nation and the Navajo Nation Department of Transportation, helping to support critical infrastructure improvements across tribal lands. He has also worked closely with the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (FCDMC), supporting flood mitigation efforts that help protect people, property, and the environment throughout the region.
Earning a PE license is a significant professional milestone, and Marco’s promotion reflects the leadership and excellence he brings to each project. We’re proud to have him on the team and look forward to seeing his continued impact as he helps shape resilient infrastructure across Arizona.
Congratulations, Marco—you’re making waves in all the right places!
