We proudly announce the promotion of Mike Olson, PE, to Project Manager on Dibble’s Utilities team. With more than eight years of experience, Mike has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Since joining Dibble, Mike has played a key role in projects across Arizona, including impactful work with Pima County, the cities of Tucson and Tempe, the towns of Marana and Queen Creek, the Gila River Indian Community, and many others. His expertise and commitment to high-quality engineering solutions have made him a trusted partner for communities and municipalities across the state.

Working from our Tucson office, Mike’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping projects that enhance infrastructure and improve quality of life for residents. His ability to combine technical knowledge with thoughtful project management makes him an invaluable member of the team.

Beyond his project work, Mike is dedicated to supporting the next generation of engineers. He actively participates in mentoring and STEM outreach initiatives, most recently engaging with students at the ACEC AZ Game Day Tour at the University of Arizona. His passion for education and mentorship reflects his belief in the importance of inspiring future leaders in engineering.
