Jeff McBride, PE – Business Unit Leader

Jeff has been promoted to Business Unit Leader. With 27 years of experience, Jeff has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, known for his strong client relationships, deep industry knowledge, and natural leadership. From his early work on Phoenix Bioscience Core, and TGEN, to major projects like Valleywise Health and Dignity Health’s Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, he has played a key role in shaping Arizona’s landscape. Jeff’s commitment to operational excellence and exceptional client service ensures that Dibble continues delivering the high-quality, trusted expertise our clients rely on. A phone call away, he remains a go-to resource for guidance and solutions. As he steps into this leadership role, Jeff will build on the firm’s legacy while expanding opportunities and fostering the next generation of industry leaders. In his new role, Jeff will oversee the operations, strategic planning, and business development efforts of his unit. His promotion reflects his outstanding contributions and commitment to delivering quality and being all in every day.

Shannon Mauck, PE – Group Leader

Shannon has been promoted to Group Leader. Shannon has successfully managed high-profile projects in healthcare, including the Banner Scottsdale Campus medical office building, the Sossaman 202 Industrial Park, and the Whiteriver Hospital Fort Apache Indian Reservation. She has developed strong relationships and effectively manages our Goodyear office. Shannon’s ability to oversee complex, multi-phase projects, from the big picture to the finest details, showcases her multidisciplinary expertise. She has a unique talent for visualizing the end result and orchestrating all the pieces to achieve it. Her promotion reflects Shannon’s exceptional leadership and visionary design expertise, balancing it with excellent client services and collaboration.

Adrian Carvajal, PE – Team Leader

A dynamic force in civic, healthcare, education, and sports development, Adrian has played a key role in delivering iconic projects like the evolution of ASU’s Sun Devil Mullet Arena and other major sports venues and parks. As a campus expert, he has built strong relationships with owners, helping shape large-scale developments with precision and vision. Adrian will expand his leadership reach in his new role, blending technical expertise with client service while mentoring his team. His ability to tackle increasingly complex projects and create new opportunities will drive growth for both his team and Dibble’s core markets. His promotion highlights his leadership and ability to bring quality to every project.

Zach Lambros, PE – Senior Project Engineer

Zach has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. With a strong foundation in land development and technical expertise, Zach has been a key internal resource, providing critical support across projects. In his new role, he will expand his impact externally while continuing to mentor and invest in younger EITs, fostering the next generation of engineering talent. Most recently, Zach led the ACEC ASU STEM Game Day tour as part of ACEC’s efforts to reach youth throughout the Valley and show them the opportunities available within the world of engineering. His ability to adapt and contribute wherever needed makes him an invaluable asset to the team, and we look forward to seeing him grow in this next chapter.
