These promotions reinforce our dedication to providing clients with comprehensive condition assessments, innovative designs, and meticulous construction inspections. These individuals have exemplified outstanding dedication, expertise, and leadership, living out all six of our Core Values daily. We proudly celebrate their achievements and recognize their vital contributions to our success.

Mike Olson, PE – Senior Project Engineer

With more than eight years of experience, Mike has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. In recognition of his exceptional project management and engineering skills, Mike has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. Working from our Tucson office, Mike has been instrumental in several impactful projects with Pima County, the City of Tucson, the Town of Marana, and other projects throughout Arizona. Outside of the office, Mike is passionate about mentoring and working with local schools and STEM education, and most recently the ACEC AZ Game Day Tour at UofA. His dedication to engineering, project leadership, and technical expertise are assets to Dibble and will continue to drive success for the Utilities team.

Ethan Strayer – Designer

Ethan has been promoted to Designer, a testament to his ingenuity, problem-solving mindset, and unwavering dedication. With a background as a plumber, Ethan brings a hands-on, doer mentality to every project, ensuring that his designs are not only innovative but also practical and field-ready. His logical approach and keen attention to detail consistently result in solutions that work seamlessly on paper and in execution. Ethan has provided strong leadership skills for projects throughout Arizona. Ethan has successfully delivered projects from Tucson to Douglas to Phoenix to Sedona. This promotion signifies his abilities; we are excited to see where he takes us next.

Jason Emm – Field Supervisor

Jason has been promoted to Field Supervisor, recognizing his exceptional performance in managing field operations as a construction inspector. With over 13 years of experience, Jason has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills on Dibble projects across the Valley. With a construction background, Jason brings practical knowledge, extensive experience, and a straightforward approach to ensure that our projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. This well-deserved promotion underscores his unwavering commitment to delivering quality and integrity in every task.

Kevin Lowery – Sr. Construction Inspector

Kevin has been promoted to Senior Construction Inspector, recognizing his meticulous attention to detail and expertise in construction inspection. His experience includes condition assessments, construction administration, and field quality control inspection. Kevin has worked on a variety of water/wastewater projects throughout Arizona. His dedication to maintaining high standards has been crucial to the Utilities team’s continued success, and his promotion reflects his significant contributions.
