After an incredible career spanning 39 years in civil engineering and airport consulting, we are proud to celebrate the retirement of Ken Snyder, PE. Ken’s contributions to Dibble and the aviation industry are extraordinary, and his legacy is one that will resonate for years to come.

Over the past four decades, Ken has brought unmatched expertise and dedication to more than 200 airport projects. With 35 years of experience in airport design and construction support services, he has provided comprehensive solutions for both General Aviation and Air Carrier airports. His portfolio includes:
✈️ Runway, taxiway, and apron design
🛠️ Pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction
🌧️ Airfield drainage systems
🚗 Parking facilities, access roads, and perimeter roads
🔒 Fencing, security, and fire protection systems
⛽ Fueling facilities and terminal site design

Ken has played a vital role in Dibble’s aviation work, particularly at Prescott Regional Airport (PRC), where he’s been involved in every Dibble project over the last 13 years. Most notably, he served as Project Manager for the New Terminal and the Runway 3R-21L RSA runway shift projects—landmark efforts in PRC’s growth.

Beyond his technical accomplishments, Ken has been a mentor, leader, and guiding force for generations of engineers at Dibble. His steady hand and deep knowledge helped shape successful projects and a successful firm.
