After an incredible 26 years with our firm — and an amazing 47-year career in the land development industry — Kent Norcross is officially hanging up his many hats and stepping into a well‑earned retirement!

Kent’s impact is woven into the fabric of countless projects across Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada. From private developments to major public works, his expertise has helped shape communities, skylines, and the client partnerships that define our reputation today. His fingerprints are on far more than the work itself—they’re on the people, the processes, and the standards of excellence he helped build.

Within our Land Development team, Kent has been a steady leader, a trusted mentor, and the source of many laughs along the way. His humor, insight, and calm under pressure have guided teams through challenges big and small. The influence he’s had on our culture and our craft will continue to be felt for years to come.

While we’ll miss seeing him around the office, we are thrilled for what comes next: a chapter filled with adventure, relaxation, and—perhaps best of all—zero project deadlines.
