Located on 2.6 acres in the heart of the city, this $300 million urban, transit-oriented development is set to redefine urban living. With a 22-story student housing tower, a 33-story apartment tower, 70,000 square feet of flexible office space, and 30,000 square feet of retail space, Central Station is designed to foster a vibrant community focused on human connection.

Adjacent to Civic Space Park and ASU’s Downtown Phoenix campus, Central Station will offer unparalleled access to light rail and bus services. It will create seamless indoor-outdoor transitions with beautifully landscaped areas and innovative design features.

The development is on track for a completion date of summer 2025.
