The City of Surprise celebrated a major milestone as they broke ground in September 2023 on a new 19-acre complex, featuring an aquatic center, fire station, and park. This project also includes a splash pad, basketball courts, a playground, and road improvements at the Cactus and Perryville intersection. With a target completion date of summer 2025, Dibble is honored to be a part of this project.
