Dibble team members attended the 2024 Colorado Airport Operators Association (CAOA) Spring Conference from June 5-7, 2024 in Vail, CO. We enjoyed learning the latest aviation news and networking with the best in Colorado’s airport industry.

Additionally, Jared Bass, PE (Vice President at Dibble) was part of the Worker Shortage/Best Practices Roundtable. This panel session focused on innovative solutions to workforce challenges, labor shortages, and retention strategies in the aviation sector. Other panel members included Angela Padalecki (Grand Junction Regional Airport, Executive Director) and Dan Sprinkle (ADK Executive Search, Senior Project Manager).

The panelists led a thoughtful discussion of how recruitment and retention practices can maintain robust airport operations and shape the future of aviation workforce management.
