Dibble Promotes Jesse Udall to Project Manager

Dibble is excited to announce the promotion of Jesse Udall, PE to Project Manager within our Utilities Business Unit. With 11 years of engineering experience, Jesse brings a strong blend of technical knowledge and field insight into his new leadership role.

Previous to Dibble, Jesse was a structural engineer for three years, uniquely enhancing his utility projects, allowing him to approach mechanical and pump system design with a detailed, structural mindset. He is well-versed in industry standards, including those from the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the Hydraulic Institute (HI). His recent involvement in steel water storage tank rehabilitation demonstrates his deep understanding of AWWA D100 standards, NSF 61-compliant coating systems, and tank overflow hydraulics.

Jesse’s project portfolio reflects the breadth and depth of his expertise. Jesse continues to deliver impactful solutions, from advancing reclaimed water infrastructure through the Central Mesa Reuse Pipeline to extending the life of critical resources with the Prescott Production Well Rehabilitation and helping bring new treatment technologies online at the Santiago Trail Water Facility. In his new role, Jesse is playing a key role in the construction phase of the City of Phoenix’s critical Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program (SSRP). Working alongside Steven Siroky, Jesse is contributing to the successful execution of this high-impact infrastructure project.  His promotion to Project Manager is a testament to his technical acumen, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence in utility design.
