Dibble Promotes Nick Westphal, PE, to Senior Project Manager

Dibble is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Westphal, PE, to Senior Project Manager in the Denver office. In this role, Nick will lead transportation project execution, client engagement, and cross-business unit collaboration, ensuring high-quality solutions that support the region’s growing infrastructure needs.
With more than 16 years of experience in civil engineering, Nick has a strong technical background in transportation engineering. He also excels in construction management, inspection observation, and daily report documentation, bringing valuable oversight to key projects throughout Colorado and beyond. Notable projects Nick has worked on include Fort Logan Phase 2 Infrastructure with the State of Colorado; Highland Ranch Traffic Impact Analysis study with Douglas County School District; design of Prairie Avenue to Minnequa Lake Trail with the City of Pueblo; and roadway and parking infrastructure associated with the new terminal at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport. His ability to build and maintain strong client relationships makes him an integral part of the firm’s continued growth in Colorado’s transportation sector.
