Dibble was excited to welcome Bill Hoffman to the Transportation team. He joined the Phoenix office as a Senior Engineering Technician, bringing with him 23 years of experience from Stanley Consultants, where he contributed to a variety of transportation and highway projects.

Bill graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and had been preparing for his PE exam, demonstrating his continued dedication to professional growth. Originally from Springfield, Illinois, he had happily called Phoenix home for the past 40 years.

We were thrilled to have Bill on board and looked forward to the expertise and energy he brought to our projects. Welcome to the team, Bill!
