We’re proud to welcome Brett Howey, PE, as our new Director of Regional Growth, a role that reflects our commitment to sustainable progress and purposeful leadership.

Based in Phoenix, Brett will lead Dibble’s efforts to grow strategically across Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and the greater Southwest region. His focus will center on guiding regional expansion, cultivating culture, mentoring emerging leaders, and building enduring client relationships that strengthen our collective impact.

With more than 25 years of executive experience, Brett brings a deep understanding of how to help organizations evolve and thrive. His background spans transportation, water, government, energy, and private markets across the U.S., with proven success in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and operational renewal. Throughout his career, Brett has built and empowered high-performing teams, guided transformative initiatives, and fostered cultures grounded in integrity and purpose—all values that mirror Dibble’s own.

Known for his approachable leadership and collaborative spirit, Brett emphasizes mentorship, transparent communication, and client-focused solutions. His hands-on experience in market diversification and talent development will play a vital role in advancing Dibble’s mission of building a stronger, more connected future for our clients and communities.

Brett holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Nebraska. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Arizona and actively involved in several industry organizations.
