In honor of Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day on February 22, 2024, Dibble is spotlighting our phenomenal women engineers. Meet Hunter Venne, PE, a Senior Project Engineer on the Traffic team. Hunter’s journey with us began as a Dibble intern; now, after nine years, she continues to inspire us with her passion and leadership.

“When I began my internship at Dibble, I wasn’t sure about my career goals. I started working on traffic-related tasks in the transportation department and found that I enjoyed it. As I learned more about traffic engineering and got involved in industry organizations, my passion for traffic grew. Now, I can’t see myself pursuing any other career.”
