Nicole Neilson is an Assistant Project Engineer on Dibble’s Flood Control team! With two years at Dibble, Nicole bring a passion for engineering to our projects. In her own words, engineering is “the mix of direct math calculations and thinking creatively to put together every piece of the puzzle.”

“When I first started working in flood control, I was overwhelmed by the amount of information I was learning each day. Flood control tackles some complex problems, but there is a close-knit, supportive group of drainage engineers within Dibble and the State of Arizona to help identify solutions to these complex problems. I may face a new challenge each day, but it has been incredibly rewarding to look back and see the vast impact of our projects.”
