Dibble is pleased to announce the promotion of Ezra Page, PE, to Utilities Business Unit Leader. This strategic move reinforces our commitment to strong leadership and continued excellence in delivering innovative engineering solutions across the Southwest.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Ezra has played a pivotal role in advancing our utilities practice. His expertise in water infrastructure—critical in the arid Southwest—has been instrumental in successfully executing large-scale projects with municipalities such as the City of Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Prescott, Pima County, and throughout Colorado. Ezra’s leadership will further strengthen Dibble’s focus on strategic client partnerships and comprehensive programmatic services. He has been a key contributor to major initiatives, including the City of Mesa Central Mesa Reuse Pipeline, EPCOR’s Desert Hills Filling Station, the City of Phoenix Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program, and the City of Tempe ASU Waterline Replacements.
“We are thrilled to have Ezra step into this leadership role,” said Kevin Roberts, PE, President of Dibble. “His deep understanding of the local market, combined with his extensive experience across the Southwest, makes him the ideal leader to drive the continued growth and success of our Utilities Business Unit. As we expand our services, Ezra’s leadership will ensure our clients receive comprehensive solutions from planning through construction.”
In this role, Ezra will oversee Dibble’s utilities operations and business development efforts across Arizona, Colorado, and the broader Southwest. He will continue to participate actively in key projects while cultivating relationships to address the region’s evolving water and wastewater needs. His expertise in pipeline conveyance, water supply, wastewater management, and reuse will ensure Dibble remains at the forefront of utility infrastructure solutions.
