Garrett Walstad joined Land Development team in Colorado

Dibble is excited to announce the addition of Garrett Walstad, PE, CFM, to the team as land development project manager in Colorado. A native of Colorado and Colorado State University alumni, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a registered civil engineer. His experience includes healthcare and education expansion, utility rehabilitation, and multifamily projects with public and private clients in Colorado. He is passionate about sustainable projects that renovate and revitalize communities. With his strong foundation in civil engineering construction, Garret will play a pivotal role in expanding our Land Development team, experience, and portfolio in Colorado.

Garrett’s primary objective will be to oversee land development projects across the state, focusing on building a robust team in Denver. As he steps into his role, he will collaborate closely with Melissa Winburne to enhance his business development skills while driving growth initiatives within Colorado.

“After an extensive search and numerous interviews, we are thrilled to have found the ideal candidate in Garrett,” said Kent Norcross, Vice President and Business Leader of Land Development at Dibble. “His technical expertise, enthusiasm, and vision for the future align perfectly with our goals for Colorado’s growth. Garrett’s ability to balance short-term project execution with long-term team-building ambitions made him the clear choice for this role.”

Garrett’s excitement about this role and his strong technical background met our need for hands-on capabilities and a strategic mindset for long-term team and project development. His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to develop our Mountain West Land Development Team and establish a thriving presence in the Colorado region.

We are confident that Garrett’s contributions will drive the growth and success of our Land Development initiatives, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact he will make in Colorado.
