Promotion of Keith Faucett, PE, in the Utilities Group

Dibble is excited to announce Keith Faucett, PE’s promotion to Utilities Principal Engineer. This promotion reflects Dibble’s dedication to developing in-house talent and acknowledging team members’ outstanding contributions. As Vice President and Senior Project Manager, Keith demonstrates leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

Keith has built an impressive 18-year career in civil engineering, specializing in water and wastewater systems. He has made significant contributions as a Technical Advisor, Project Manager, and most recently, Vice President and Senior Project Manager. His experience encompasses various critical infrastructures, including water transmission and distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, lift stations, reservoirs, and infrastructure rehabilitation. Keith’s deep understanding of utility systems informs every project he undertakes. His thoughtful problem-solving approach and technical expertise have contributed significantly to the successful execution of numerous complex projects.

Over the years, Keith has played a crucial part in many of Dibble’s defining projects and award-winning projects, such as the City of Tempe’s Waterline Replacements at Arizona State University, the Scenario 6 Water Transmission Main with the City of Phoenix, Meridian Road Water and Sewer with the Town of Queen Creek, Copperwing Lift Station and Force Main project with EPCOR, and the award-winning Northwest Outfall Sewer Siphon and Tucson Diversion Structures projects with the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (RWRD).

In his new role as Principal Engineer, Keith will provide technical support and design oversight to Dibble’s water, wastewater, and infrastructure rehabilitation projects. He will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Dibble’s Utilities business unit, leveraging his extensive experience in planning, design, and construction administration of complex water and wastewater systems. His leadership will be vital in maintaining Dibble’s position in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions for utility infrastructure projects.
