N71 Bird Springs Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Navajo Division of Transportation (NDOT) N71 Bird Springs Road Improvement project was a great success. Dibble and Dibble CM are proud to have contributed to this impactful project for the Navajo Nation.
This project will construct a new road; surface approximately 7 miles of dirt roads; install drainage structures; and deploy safety measures like fencing, gates, and cattleguards, with the goal of enhancing safety and accessibility.
