National Public Works Week is May 21-27, 2023! The theme is “Connecting the World Through Public Works.”
Joe Graham, PE, is a key player in the public works industry. Joe is the Infrastructure Rehabilitation Practice Leader at Dibble. He enjoys specializing in the trenchless renewal of aging infrastructure without disrupting people’s lives.
Joe says, “I define the role of infrastructure rehabilitation in public works as providing responsible replacement of a community’s aging underground infrastructure in a cost-effective and environmentally responsible manner using sustainable materials and techniques that reduce the carbon footprint over traditional methods.”
