Dibble CM is providing construction management and inspection services for Peoria on this critical roadway improvement project. DCM also worked with the design engineer, Dibble Engineering, in providing constructability reviews and developing the bid documents. An aggressive project delivery of November, 2014 is scheduled in anticipation of the 2015 Super Bowl and Pro Bowl.
