We are happy to welcome back Melanie Sikes, PE to Dibble! She had worked with us previously from 2005-2014. Melanie will be taking on the role of Senior Project Manger in our Infrastructure Rehabilitation team.

Melanie brings back a wealth of knowledge with more than 14 years of civil engineering experience to Dibble. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and currently holds a P.E.
