Recently, Justin Beeler, PE, CFM, rejoined the firm and will serve as a Senior Engineer, focusing on Dibble’s flood control technical expertise, planning and design, and supporting the mentoring and training of the practice’s team members.

Justin comes to Dibble with significant experience in FLO-2D software and 2D modeling, drainage master studies, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, FEMA floodplain revisions, emergency action plans, dam breach analysis, hydrology support services and staff training. Justin is also a longtime member of both the ASFPM (Association of Floodplain Managers) and AFMA (Arizona Floodplain Management Association).
