Dibble is excited to welcome Oscar Aguilar to the team.  With more than eight years of experience, Oscar is originally from California but moved to Phoenix and started his CIPP career. He is a Field Inspector with the Utilities team in our Phoenix office and is PACP, LACP, and MACP certified through NASSCO.
