Rolando Serrano recently joined Dibble as our newest Field Inspector on our Phoenix Utilities team.

With eight years of CCTV experience and NASSCO certifications, Rolando is a valuable addition to the team. He is originally from California but has lived in Arizona since 2009. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his bike in the beautiful Arizona desert, woodworking, and spending time with his young family.
