Today, we want to spotlight William Roberts, our exceptional intern who has been making a valuable impact on our Operations team in Phoenix this last month. Collaborating with our Accounting, Marketing, and Human Resources teams, he’s gaining exposure to the diverse functions within a professional services environment.

William recently graduated with a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Sports Administration from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas. He will return in the fall to begin his MBA and play one more season as a starting wide receiver for Baker’s football team.

William was born and raised in Arizona, living in Mesa, Avondale, and Tempe. Outside of work and sports, William’s passion is cars. He’s constantly learning about them, from understanding their inner workings to upgrading and fine-tuning their performance.

We’re incredibly proud to have William at Dibble. His ambition, talents, and hard-working attitude have made a positive impact, and he has a bright future ahead.
