Dibble is pleased to welcome Carter Dart to the Denver office as an Assistant Engineer on the Utilities team. He joined the firm after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering. Carter has passed the FE exam and is a registered Engineer Intern in Colorado, bringing a strong foundation of knowledge and training to his new role.

Originally from Littleton, Colorado, Carter had spent much of his life enjoying the outdoors and staying active, as well as attending local sporting events. He was also known as a dedicated fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Colorado Rockies.

The team looked forward to the contributions Carter would make and was excited to have him as part of Dibble
